Metalworks NZ worked along side Fletcher Construction to fabricate and install balcony and stairwell balustrading. There were two types of balustrades, Flat bar fin panel balustrades and RHS frames with perforated aluminium panel balustrades.

The stairs were SHS posts with powdercoated panels screw fixed to posts. This was a high quantity job with short time frames.
